DONOVAN CELEBRATES #9 !!!!!!
Recently we all gathered to help Donovan celebrate his ninth birthday.
The photos show Donovan blowing out his nine candles and opening some of his gifts.
The year grandpa celebrated his ninth birthday also ended in a seven. It happened to be 1947 . Yes there must be sixty years difference in our ages.
SOME SIMILARITIES BETWEEN 1947 and 2007
*** Cardinals were coming off of a world series victory in 1946
*** Speaker of the House of representatives was next in line to be president.
SOME DIFFERENCES BETWEEN 1947 and 2007
*** Cell phones were not even in the dreaming stage but party lines were popular
*** Personal computers were not even listed in the dictionary
The party was good family fun and you will be seeing more birthdays coming to this blog as this is a busy time in our family.

OOPS, I noticed that too!
I guess the momma needs to watch what the boy wears if the Grandpa is going to be around with a camera. That was a $2.00 find at Kohl's and Donovan loves it. HE also has one that says he will trade sister for vidoe games!
BOYS WILL BE BOYS! :)
But he does love his sister!
