Friday night found Nancy and I at the Cardinals Cubs game with good friends Neil and Glenda from Nashville Tenn.
The evening started with a great sky diving show and ended with a Matt Holliday walk off home run in the ninth.!!!!
Tonight we go for a weekend sweep of our rivals "The Cubs"

Sunday found grandma and I at Jame's ball game.
Actually James made several nice plays. In addition we played a little catch before the game started.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!!!!!!
Last night found us at a high school football game.


The real reason we where in attendance was to see the senior princess perform at half time with her school band. She is the one in front.

A STELLAR PERFORMANCE!!!!!

Monday night found grandma and I at Paul's doubleheader. He of course played both games with his share of hits and good plays.

I know it is not a good picture but it is my best of five in his stint as a pitcher in the second game. Apparently there is way to much movement in the pitching motion as my pictures where blurry and out of focus.

The stellar performance came in his stint as a pitcher.

*** He pitched three innings.

*** He threw only 58 pitches

*** The winning pitcher

*** Grandpa played baseball competively as a catcher,third and first baseman BUT never pitched to one batter.

Way to go Paul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
